Life-changing experience 100%! I embarked on this reboot looking for a way to lose weight and get my body back into a healthy routine. Wow, did I do that and so much more! The support from the group, the information delivered, and the knowledge shared with us from Melissa has taught me so much! While I was nervous to embark on this journey the supplies given to me and the tools we had made it successful. I lost more weight than I anticipated but better than that I lost my brain fog, my inflammation, and feel great overall. Over the last two years, I have participated in the 21-day reboot five times. I needed to lose the COVID weight, and I had a hunch that since the program was implementing varying methods of eating and fasting, that I would gain some results. I signed up because I wanted to lose weight and keto in 2018 worked well but then stopped working and I had a rough transition out of it. I was pregnant, then had a miscarriage, a lot of grieving + antibiotics from the procedure kicked off dysbiosis and a year later I was 20 lbs. heavier, had heavy metals toxicity, and was miserable. The detox program helped but not with weight loss. I didn't expect much going into the program but was surprised by the high touch, getting all my questions answered, and learning from others in the group. I wasn't able to stick to everything but the effort paid off and I lost 7.5 lbs. I loved learning the different types of fasting and checking my blood sugar and ketones. Melissa and Courtney are incredibly dedicated coaches and bring much expertise and a lot of passion to this journey. I'd recommend this program in a heartbeat!

In fact, when I was pregnant with my first child I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. It was a low point in my life, yet I was determined to overcome my health challenges and live life to its fullest. After learning about functional medicine, I was able to heal my cancer, lose weight, and ultimately feel better.
