TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Life Wellness Lab Society Membership ("Membership"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and Life Wellness Lab ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

2.1 Membership Description

The Life Wellness Lab Society Membership provides access to wellness resources, programs, services, and benefits as described on our website and membership materials.

2.2 Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who provide valid payment information for membership fees.

2.3 Term and Renewal

Membership is offered on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew each month until canceled in accordance with these Terms.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT
 

3.1 Monthly Fees

Membership fees will be charged on a monthly basis at the rate indicated during enrollment.

3.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified during the enrollment process.

3.3 Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew each month, and the applicable fee will be charged to your payment method on file.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify membership fees with notice provided at least 30 days prior to implementation.

4. MINIMUM COMMITMENT AND CANCELLATION

4.1 Minimum Commitment Period

By enrolling in the Membership, you commit to a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly payments ("Minimum Commitment Period").

4.2 Early Termination

If you cancel your membership before completing the Minimum Commitment Period, you remain responsible for all remaining monthly payments within the Minimum Commitment Period.

4.3 Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership after the Minimum Commitment Period, you must:

  • Submit your cancellation request in writing to team@lifewellnesslab.com

  • Provide at least ten (10) days' notice before your next billing date

  • Include your full name and contact information associated with your membership

 

4.4 Confirmation of Cancellation

Upon receipt of your cancellation request, we will send a confirmation email within 3 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us to ensure your cancellation request was received.

5. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND ACCESS

 

5.1 Access to Benefits

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to membership benefits as outlined in your membership package.

5.2 Limitations

Certain benefits may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or scheduling requirements.

5.3 Non-Transferability

Membership and associated benefits are personal to the Member and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with others.

6. MEMBER CONDUCT

 

6.1 Appropriate Conduct

Members are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate conduct when participating in membership activities, communicating with other members, or interacting with Company staff.

 

6.2 Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to terminate membership without refund for inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to: harassment, discriminatory behavior, disruption of services, violation of confidentiality, or any illegal activities.

 
7. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP

 

7.1 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Changes will be communicated to Members via email at least 14 days before implementation.

7.2 Changes to Benefits

We may occasionally update, modify, or replace membership benefits. Such changes will be communicated to Members in advance.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 Termination by Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. In case of termination for violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund.

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your membership, you will lose access to all membership benefits, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our liability is limited as described in our general Terms and Conditions available here.

10. PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your personal information in connection with your membership.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
