What is Fasting?
When fasting is mentioned most often there is always the same response. Am I going to starve? To be clear, starvation is the involuntary absence of food. This is different from fasting, which is completely voluntary. If you are interested in fasting, you might not understand how it will benefit you at first. I get it. I want to explain the science behind fasting. I know your mind is probably chattering away, saying: “there is no way I can do this” “Last time I tried it was to
