Melissa Mclane?
Melissa Mclane, BCFNP
Functional Health Practitioner | Women’s Metabolic Specialist.
Melissa McLane is a board-certified functional health practitioner with over two decades of experience in healthcare. She has personally guided more than 500 women through customized weight loss, hormone balancing, and metabolic healing programs using a science-backed, root-cause approach.
She holds a master’s degree in health coaching and advanced certifications in functional nutrition, hormone health, detoxification, and fasting. Melissa is also trained in L-Nutra protocols, HIIT fitness, yoga (200-hour certification), and brings a strong foundation in biochemistry and psychology to her work.
Melissa specializes in lab interpretation, personalized protocols, and education that helps women over 40 feel empowered in their bodies again, without extreme diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. Her approach is practical, supportive, and designed for lasting transformation.
