The first video is a yoga video for inflammation. This super gentle yoga sequence involves supports, so be sure to grab some pillows, cushions, spare yoga mats, blankets or other supports that you have hanging around. You’ll need around 20 minutes to do the full class.
This video is a 10-minute guided imagery meditation to zap stress and reduce anxiety, fatigue, restlessness, physical discomfort and difficulty sleeping.
