Do you feel out of control with your sugar cravings?

Food is our medicine and what we put into our bodies will determine how we live. Yes, we must take care of all areas of our life; spiritual, mental, relationships, financial, and live with purpose. But really, it has to start with good health, because we simply can’t have a balanced life without our health.

What is the key to good health? It all starts with food. It affects not only how much we weigh, but how we look and feel.

The problem today is that there is so much contradictory information out there, it is hard to know what to believe.

Our mission is to share information we have learned so you can have the health, the body and vitality that supports your vision for your life.

Here are some important points to consider this week:

Sugar cravings, which most of us have, are purely based on what we eat. It’s a vicious cycle - the more sugar we eat, the more we will crave. Your cravings will most likely go away automatically and you do not need willpower. Isn’t that great news?!

We want you not to be hungry, or live in deprivation. We want you to feel liberated, and to listen to whether you are hungry so that you never have to go on another diet again.

So here’s what to do to this month to ensure you feel satisfied without consuming so much processed sugar. We’ll be covering all these points in the weeks to come in more detail, so don’t worry about taking action yet.

Snack healthily, and make sure to always have a snack on hand. Replace sugar with healthy alternatives so you can satisfy your hunger. Eat more healthy fats, because fats help you feel full longer and help your stop your cravings.

Keep a food journal. That way, you’ll be able to clearly see what you can do to tweak.

Look forward to giving you all the support you need.

With gratitude for being on this path with you.
